Calmer substitution rhythm and smart re-balancing

Substitutions are now spread evenly, and you can re-balance the whole plan with one tap.

Substitution blocks now have similar lengths, so no more a switch after 4 minutes followed by 15 quiet ones. In shorter matches (U8/U9) the first substitution can happen from around minute 5; longer matches keep minute 10.

In the manual editor you can see playing time per player and use Re-balance substitutions to spread everything fairly at once. Not happy? "Undo" brings your own version back. Players are now picked through a search field with shirt numbers.
