Club messages and polls

Short club messages with notifications, plus polls for feedback.

Club admins can now send short messages to all coaches, by age group or by team. Paste a long club email and Fieldio turns it into a short message. See who read it, send one reminder and add a poll (yes/no, multiple choice or score 1–5).
