Switch an account between parent and coach in one click

Admins can convert an account between parent and coach in one click, with a confirmation step, optional team transfer and a full change history.

The admin user list now has a button on every account to change its type: coach to parent or the other way around. You first see a confirmation with the consequences, can choose whether team links move along, and can record a reason. Every conversion is stored in a history you can review per user.
