Edit substitutions visually

Under Edit yourself every phase now shows a visual pitch. Tap two players to swap their positions, or tap a player on the pitch and one on the bench to substitute.

• Swipe or use the arrows to move between the starting line-up and later phases.
• Add a phase with its own substitution minute.
• Phases without changes are simply skipped when saving.

Your substitution plan stays clear and easy to read out to the team.
