Equal playing time, correct sub pairs and substitution groups

The substitution plan has been reworked around one goal: equal playing time.

• Only relevant options: the substitution-count picker now shows only counts that deliver equal playing time (max. 1 minute difference), including block length. If it is not possible for your squad size, you are told honestly, with the smallest achievable difference.
• Stronger planner: block lengths and bench turns are optimised together, so differences of 10+ minutes are gone.
• Correct sub pairs: the player coming off is paired with the player taking over that position — in the plan, the live view and the WhatsApp message, with the position shown.
• Preferred position counts: players are placed in their preferred or best position and keep it after a substitution.
• Substitution groups in the match: rules such as “keep at least 2 defenders on the pitch” now also appear on the match page, can be toggled per match, and an emergency sub that breaks the rule triggers a warning.
