Signing up via the QR code always creates a parent account

Parents who view the team through the QR code or share link and then sign up with Google or email are linked to the team as a parent right away.

Parents arriving through the QR code or share link are now always linked to the right team as a parent, including Google sign-up. They no longer get a coach role or trial and land straight in the team's training overview.
