Training plans now start intelligently per team

A plan without a fixed start date begins only when a coach actually uses the club focus.

A generic club plan now starts per team with the first training saved using the club focus.

That training week becomes week 1. The plan then advances automatically every calendar week. Viewing or cancelling does not activate it.
